Grand Hotel, Brasov

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were quite cramped due to unnecessary furniture, but they were spotlessly clean. However, the room was too hot, and the noise from outside kept me up all night. The service was excellent, the staff were incredibly helpful, and the garden and pool areas were lovely. The location was a bit further from the city than expected, but great for a quiet getaway. The dining experience was pleasant, and the facilities were satisfactory.

The dining experience was excellent with a wide variety that even satisfied me as a vegetarian. I truly enjoyed my time here!

Although it lacked a mini fridge which would have been handy during the summer heatwaves, it was clean, comfy, and warm upon arrival. The service was top-notch, with helpful, friendly, and professional staff who made us feel special. The location was perfect for us, exactly where we wanted to be. The dining experience exceeded our expectations, offering more than enough, especially the home-made yogurt.
